A PROCESS BUILT TO HONOR EVERY PROMISE
Step 1: Partnership & Planning
We begin with an initial consultation to ensure we're the right fit, then guide you through lot selection or review your existing property. Once we've established our partnership, we connect you with our partnering architect to begin the collaborative design process.
Step 2: Design & Permitting
While you work closely with the client and architect to perfect every detail of your home's design, we handle the complex permitting process on your behalf — navigating county regulations and municipal requirements so you don't have to.
Step 3: Build & Select
With permits approved, we break ground and begin construction to the highest standards of craftsmanship. As we build, you'll work with our in-house designer to select finishes, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision while maintaining our timeline.
Step 4: Completion & Move-In
We manage every subcontractor and supplier until your project is 100% complete and all approvals are secured. Finally, we coordinate with interior designers to ensure your move-in is as seamless as the entire build process.

Timeline
Custom homes on private land typically require 24-30 months from design to completion, depending on the complexity of your project and permitting requirements. We provide realistic timelines upfront and keep you informed of any adjustments throughout the process.
